Donna is primarily a cross-country ski racer, but dabbles in sprint length triathlons and some running races during the off-season.  Even though she is a registered dietitian, her sweet tooth sometimes gets in the way of a healthy diet.  To curb a tendency to overdo processed carbs, Donna uses stevia for sweeteners and eats fresh fruit daily.  An elite wave racer in the American Birkebeiner for the past 3 years, and again qualifying for the 2012 marathon skate, Donna is concentrating on building some core strength over the summer.   Here is one day of what Donna ate on a light training day of yoga followed by a one-hour rode bike ride.
